Sammy Guevara And Tay Melo In Australia
AEW stars Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo will be appearing in Melbourne for Adrenaline Pro Wrestling next weekend, February 25th. Guevara is the current APW Gladiator champion after defeating Zane Zodiac back on the 22nd of February, 2020.
Speaking on the APW facebook page, Guevara said..
“February 25th I’m coming back to defend my title, ‘The Sammy title’, not just against one guy, Zane Zodiac I know you want a rematch so you got it. But guess what, I want more than one opponent because I ‘am the ‘Spanish God’. You jobbers don’t even get the right to get in the ring with me, so I need 3 or 4 people to add up to one real opponent, and it still doesn’t add up to me. So Australia send your best, APW send your best but you’re going to learn your best is not good enough. For the best ever.”
Guevara will defend the championship in a fatal 4 way against Aiden Miller, Broderick Valentine and former champion Zan Zodiac.
Other matches on the night will see Kid Valiant (#49 PWDU Top 50) take on Jayson Krash, Adam Crowe will take on Josh Redfield for the APW Breakout championship, Kris Law will put the APW Legacy Openweight title on the line against Valido and the APW Heavyweight title will be defended as champion York goes up against Ritchie Taylor.
