Mercedes Mone Makes Her AEW Debut On AEW Dynamite

Mercedes Mone is officially All Elite. Sitting on the sidelines since January, the former Women’s Champion has returned to action and will do so in an AEW ring. Walking out of the tunnel in TD Garden in front of a hometown crowd in Boston, Mone was bombarded with chants of “CEO” as she made her way to the ring.

This special episode of AEW Dynamite, titled “Big Business” was teased back in February as the debut for Mone, with the stylised graphic of “Bo$$ton” to accompany the shows announced location of Boston, Massachusetts.

Mone would express her desire to continue the Women’s Revolution she helped forge in the WWE in an AEW ring, praising the AEW women’s division and hyping up the show’s main event, featuring former AEW Women’s Champion Riho and former NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale, Mone’s last opponent before her injury.
