Not knowing who is in the match makes it hard to know what’s going to happen. Any wrestler could win. Anything could happen. I’m going to just throw out a name, and that is Killswitch. They’ve teased Killswitch turning on Christian Cage for a little while.

2. FTW Rules Match for the FTW Championship
Hook (c) vs Wheeler Yuta
This match type fits Hook to a tee. He’s been great in them. This match hasn’t really done anything to actually peak any interest. Hook will retain.

3. Singles Match:
Kris Statlander vs Willow Nightingale
This is a friendly competition between two Long Island natives and friends. It’ll be a competitive match. Both have improved greatly over the last 12 months. Kris Statlander to win.

Main Card:
4. Continental Classic Final
Eddie Kingston (c) vs Jon Moxley
The end of the Continental Classic. The crowning of the Continental Championship and the “modern day” Triple Crown. These two always put on a great match and they have a well storied rivalry. I have Eddie Kingston winning.

5. AEW TBS Championship
Julia Hart (c) vs Abadon
Julia Hart has really gotten into her own since joining the House of Black, and she’s been rewarded with this TBS Championship run. Abadon won a #1 Contenders match to get this match up. It’s been a rather interesting story leading up to it, with the friendship between Julia Hart and Skye Blue blossoming as of late. It should be a decent match. I have Julia Hart retaining.

6. AEW Women’s World Championship
“Timeless” Toni Storm (c) (with Luther) vs Riho
Toni Storm has been the breakout star in the AEW Women’s division in 2023. Multi time Women’s World Champion, teaming with Saraya and Ruby Soho as the Outkasts, to becoming the Timeless One. Riho beat Ruby Soho to earn this shot. Riho has been an integral to the foundation of the AEW Women’s division. Toni Storm has been on a roll and it won’t end here.

7. Eight Man Tag Team Match
Ricky Starks, Big Bill, and the Don Callis Family (Kyle Fletcher and Powerhouse Hobbs) (with Don Callis) vs Le Sex Gods (Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara), Sting, and Darby Allin
This match is the AEW standard PPV Brawl match. Kenny Omega getting injured or a hold on plans for the Golden Jets getting their title shot, so this match took its place. It’s going to be a mess. The good guys should have this

8. AEW TNT No DQ Match
Christian Cage (c) vs Adam Copeland
Ahh, the history between these 2. The chemistry between the two should allow for a great match. Christian has been on top of his game since being involved in the TNT Championship picture, and Adam Copeland had been bringing the intensity since being All Elite. I’ve got Adam Copeland winning, Christian is better suited to being a more managerial type.

9. All Star Eight Man Tag Team Match
Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli and Bryan Danielson), Mark Briscoe, and Danny Garcia vs Brody King, Rush, Jay Lethal, and Jay White
The eight remaining men from the Continental Classic square off in this All Star match. This will be fun to watch. Plenty of back and forth action. I have Team BCC winning.

10. Singles Match
Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana) vs Keith Lee
From World Tag Team Champions to bitter rivals. Swerve took out Lee a year ago with a cinder block. Lee was out for 2 months, and is now challenging Swerve for revenge. Swerve has been on a role as of late, and it won’t end here.

11. Singles Match
Miro vs Andrade El Idolo (with CJ)
This match has been set in jealousy and spite. Miro doesn’t want CJ working in the industry, CJ wants to work, and she starts taking on clients that aren’t Miro. Andrade just so happens to be CJs first official client, much to the dismay of Miro. Both guys can put on a great match if they try. I have Miro winning this and getting to prove a point to CJ.

12. AEW World Championship
MJF (c) vs Samoa Joe
Samoa Joe wanted a World Championship shot, and he got it. He then became MJFs keeper. Joe also helped MJF defend the ROH World Tag Team Championships while Adam Cole has been out with injury, until the last episode of Dynamite of the year, feigning injury just before a title defence, leaving MJF to defend them in a handicap match against the Devils Masked Men in a losing effort. Joe would reveal he was working with the Devil and attacked MJF after the match. I think the Devil makes an appearance, or at least makes his presence felt, during the match and costs MJF the match and the title.
Winner: Samoa Joe
