Randy Orton Return Announced For Survivor Series: WarGames
Randy Orton is set to make his return to the ring this Sunday at Survivor Series: WarGames as the final member of Cody Rhodes’ team against The Judgement Day. Though Orton did not make an appearance at the time, former Legacy teammate Cody Rhodes made the announcement on the November 20th episode of RAW, after thwarting a beating on Jey Uso by the hands of their opponents.
The Viper was last seen on the May 20th, 2022 episode of Smackdown in a defeat against The Usos, alongside his partner Matt Riddle. It was revealed shortly after that Orton had suffered a back injury and would not be cleared to compete for the remainder of the year. Orton’s partner, Riddle, was released in September 2023.
