The SLAM! Pro Wrestling have announced that they have surpassed 1,000 ticket sales for their upcoming event in Canberra at the Convention Centre on December 16th.
Amazingly there are still some tickets left for the event, the extraordinary milestone has transformed this event into one of the grandest events in pro wrestling to ever hit the nation’s capital. The event so far has some big matches already announced for the event.
The event includes the Terry Campese Invitational $10,000 over the top rope Battle Royale, Tommy Knight will also battle Slex. The SLAM! Tag Team Titles will also be on the line, as The Natural Classics (Stevie Flip & Tome Flip) battle The VeloCities (Jude London & Paris De Silva)
This is a rematch from their match for the vacant SLAM! Tag Team Title back at SLAM! Pro Wrestling 5 at the Ainslie Football and Netball Club on November 5th, 2022. This will be just the second time these two teams will have met at SLAM! Pro Wrestling League.
There’s also a huge SLAM! Women’s Championship match that will see Kingsley battling Gymbro Jessie for the first time that the SLAM! Women’s Championship will be on the line, both women will be looking to make history as the very first woman to carry the title. Also on the card is the Rage in The Cage Steel Catch Match with Mikey Broderick the Slam! Pro Wrestling League Champion battling Luke Watts.
Mikey Broderick was also the very first SLAM! Pro Wrestling League Champion, defeating Slex for the vacant title at SLAM! Pro Wrestling League’s debut event back on December 4th, 2021. Since then, Broderick has defended and defeated everyone in his path. Now he will battle Luke Watts.
These two have previously met for the SLAM! Pro Wrestling League Title at SLAM! Pro Wrestling League 7, which saw Mikey Broderick successfully defend the belt. This time they’re going to battle inside a steel cage for the very first time.
