One pick Aussie’s will be happy to see is the current NXT Women’s Champion, Indi Hartwell, being drafted to RAW. However we cannot say for sure when Hartwell will appear on the show, as she suffered an injury while defending her belt at the NXT Spring Breakin’ tapings on April 25th, in a triple threat match against former champion Roxanne Perez, and Tiffany Stratton. Hartwell would return to the ring after being checked over by ringside officials and win the match, retaining her belt.

Hartwell announced on the May 2nd episode of NXT that the NXT Women’s Championship would be vacated and a tournament beginning on next week’s episode of NXT would crown a new champion. The tournament final will be held at NXT Battleground on May 28th.

Another export has made his intentions known as Grayson Waller is drafted to Smackdown on the final day of the Draft. Waller did not hold back on the mic, speaking with McKenzie Mitchell:

“You know, I’d love to come on here and say I can’t believe it, I would love to tell you that I’ve thought about this moment since I was a little kid, and I never thought I’d be here. But the truth is, I’m not surprised. I was born to do this.”

Grayson Waller, speaking with McKenzie Mitchell.

Waller continues:

“What I am surprised by is the fact that it took this long for RAW or SmackDown to draft me. You’ve got these people cheering me behind me, like they’re my friends. You think you got me here? I got me here. And I’m a very dangerous man and the only dangerous man than that is Grayson Waller with a chip on his shoulder and right now, I’ve got the biggest chip that exists, but we’ve got to celebrate, right? And as an Australian, there’s only one way to celebrate properly, cheers.”

Grayson Waller capped off the interview by downing a shoey in front of the camera, a foreign sight to most but a sign of celebration to the Aussies.
