STW Returns To The Warnbro Rec Centre For Destined For Victory

The Warnbro Recreation Centre in Western Australia has long held a unique place in the state’s wrestling history. The venue was a regular home for All Action Wrestling (AAW), hosting numerous local events and international names such as Tommy Dreamer, Bobby Lashley, and others over the years.
Among the notable shows held at the venue was AAW Confined, where all matches took place inside a steel cage. The main event that evening was a unification bout between the AAW Championship and the NWA Australian Championship, with Chris Target emerging victorious and making history in the process.
Now, for the first time since 2022, Southern Territory Wrestling (STW) is set to return to Warnbro Rec Centre, where it made its debut—now with its annual event, Destined for Victory, scheduled for June 21.
Destined for Victory 2025 is shaping up to be a great card. Here is what has been announced thus far:
Harli Hyde and Chili will face off in a submission match, with an added personal twist: the woman to submit must cut off her ponytail.

Jordan Bishop, Dustin Conners, ‘The Rat Man’ Axel Strife, and a fourth yet-to-be-announced wrestler will compete in a fatal four-way match. The winner will become the number one contender for the STW Heavyweight Championship.
Tension between The Don and current Southerncross Champion Gorgeous Gary has disrupted events in recent months, with STW management still working to secure a match between the two.
Rogan Karguis, the reigning STW Heavyweight Champion, will defend his title against ‘The Great’ George Milanko. (PWDI interview with Rogan Karguis coming soon)

Luther Edmonton is set to unveil a new member of the ‘Best for Business’ faction. The only detail confirmed by STW is that this individual will not be a current member of the active STW roster.
Finally, in the main event, the STW Tag Team Championships will be on the line as Australian Takeover (Kaz Jordan and Julian Ward) challenge reigning champions Bad Blood (Craven and Zac Reynolds).
