QUEENSLAND

United Pro Wrestling heads back to Aussie World on the Sunshine Coast for one of their most important events of the year, Fight For Life 8, UPW‘s annual charity show where proceeds from the event go towards cancer research:
UPW Heavyweight Championship Match – EC Diamond vs. Thirteen (c):
One of Queensland’s most storied feuds will be renewed for one night only this Saturday, as UPW Heavyweight champion Thirteen defends the title against former champion and long time rival, ‘The Diamond Standard’ himself, EC Diamond.
UPW Tag Team Championship Match – Good Boyz Inc (Andre Irons & Bones) vs. The Sanctum (BK Calloway & The Gospel (c):
UPW‘s resident supergroup of Andre Irons & Bones, now officially going by Good Boyz Inc, will face their biggest challenge as a tag team, as they challenge the nigh unstoppable force that is The Sanctum for their UPW Tag Team Championships.
UPW Women’s Championship Match – Lil Marz vs. Axe Massacre (c):
The UPW Women’s division looks to reach a new level, as Axe Massacre defends the UPW Women’s Championship against one of Queensland’s top women’s talents, Lil Marz.
2 out of 3 Falls Match – Mitch Ryder w/Todd Eastman vs. Jess Love w/Jazzy:
With each man holding a victory over the other, Mitch Ryder and Jesse Love’s rivalry looks to reach its definitive end this Saturday, as Mitch Ryder and Jesse Love face off in a 2 out of 3 Falls match.
Triple Threat Match – Damian ‘The Snake’ Daniels vs. Pogo The Clown vs. King Rembrandt:
UPW‘s three top Featherweights will clash at Fight For Life 8, as Damian ‘The Snake’ Daniels, Pogo The Clown and King Rembrandt all face off against each other, with championship implications in store for the winner.
The Stockman vs. Jack Tucker w/Vella:
Jack Tucker and Vella have been a thorn in the side of The Stockman all year long, thorns that Stockman will finally have the chance to pull out at Fight For Life 8, as he takes on Jack Tucker once again.
Bo Taylor vs. Weston:
At UPW‘s previous event, newcomer Weston had an impressive, albeit unsuccessful debut against Luke Silver. With Weston’s future in UPW originally uncertain, fan support has guaranteed Weston a chance to prove himself at one of UPW‘s biggest events of the year, this time against the dastardly Bo Taylor.
If you wanna see some of Queensland’s finest take the fight to themselves, as well as cancer, make sure you check out UPW Fight For Life 8.

Aus Pro Wrestling is back at the Central Ringwood Community Centre this Saturday, as legacies collide at Generations:
PCW National Championship Match – Owen Steadman vs. Tommy Hellfire (c):
Australian wrestling veteran Tommy Hellfire has been quite vocal about his thoughts on the current generation of Aussie wrestling, believing them to be inferior to his generation. At the forefront of the newer generation is Owen Steadman, who has been out to prove Hellfire wrong since Aus Pro‘s first event. Now, Steadman will get his chance to shut Hellfire up once and for all in a high stakes, inter-generational clash for Hellfire’s PCW National Championship at Generations.
Aysha vs. Tessa Armstrong:
At Reaching The Brass Ring, Aysha was not pleased about being left out of Tessa Armstrong and Erika Reid’s main event contest, which had been billed as ‘The Best vs The Best’. After the match, Aysha would let her frustrations out with a cowardly attack on Erika Reid, before challenging Armstrong to a “real” ‘The Best vs The Best’, believing herself to be the TRUE best women’s wrestler in the country.
Gore & Breakfast vs. Bush Kelly & Ryan Rapid:
The seemingly short-lived alliance between Gore & Breakfast will be extended for just a little longer, as Gore looks to amend both of his losses in Aus Pro Wrestling by taking on his previous opponents Bush Kelly & Ryan Rapid.
The Pursuit (Rory Holmes, Riki D Boom & Hector Jones) vs. The Camby Collection (Fat Cat Camby, Jackson Atlas & ‘Pumpin’ Paul Fury:
Aus Pro Wrestling‘s “Platinum Premium Sponsor”, Fat Cat Camby, isn’t just here to sponsor the company, but the future of Australian wrestling, which he’ll be doing alongside his first two “investments”, Jackson Atlas & ‘Pumpin’ Paul Fury as they take on the trio of ‘Cut Throat’ Hector Jones, Riki D Boom and Rory Holmes, known collectively as The Pursuit, who look to push back on Camby’s investment plans.
Jake Taylor vs. Syd Parker:
Two of Australia’s most ferocious wrestlers will collide, as ‘The Bone Collector’ Jake Taylor looks to add a fossil to his collection, in the form of ‘The Jurassic Punk’ Syd Parker, in what is sure to be a very intense clash.
Zhan Wen vs. Prince Shen:
After a dominating victory at Kickstart The Heart, Aus Pro management struggles to find a suitable opponent for ‘The One Man Dynasty’ at their previous event, leaving him off the show entirely. At Generations, however, Prince Shen has stepped up to the plate, looking to pick up a huge win against Zhan Wen.
Sam Yannis vs. Antha Cava:
After a successful debut at Reaching The Brass Ring, ‘Absolute Excellence’ Anth Cava, with personal ring announcer ‘The Artist’ in tow, will look to continue his forward momentum against Sam Yannis, who won’t be going down easy.
Emmanuel vs. JJ Furno:
Two men’s path to redemption, one for past actions and the other for lost time, will intersect at Generations, as Emmanuel takes on the recently returned JJ Furno.
Aus Pro Wrestling‘s put on nothing but quality events and Generations is sure to be the same.
