TALKING POINTS
Hangman / Ospreay face to face
Hangman started the night by telling the crowd he doesn’t know how they still support him, but he appreciates it. Hangman brings up his opponent at Double or Nothing and it brings Ospreay out to the ring.
For the first time throughout all of the companies that these two men have worked for, they stood face to face with each other, and the tension was palpable. Ospreay mentions how he is has been the one putting in the work and told Hangman that it is too little, too late for him.
Of course, the Don Callis Family make their presence known and interrupt proceedings leading to a match being made for next week’s Beach Break episode of Dynamite, but not before the tension between Hanger and Ospreay got more intense.
Detroit goes wild for Rhyno
Nick Wayne was set to defend the ROH Television Championship against someone from Christian’s past. And boy did Christian dig into his past. Making his first appearance for the young company, Rhino would be a challenge for the young Wayne, but one he would ultimately overcome to retain the championship.
However, in a possible sign of things to come, as Christian was setting to wrap the title around the waist of the champion, he would stop, fold the belt up and drop it at the feet of Wayne and then walk away.
Joe makes a statement
Samoa Joe declared war on the Death Riders when he marked them in his sights. This week he made a statement as he decimated Claudio in a classic. The bout would go back and forth, and as Claudio would attempt the Giant Swing, Joe would break free and lock Claudio into a submission and making the Swiss Superman tap like he never had before.

TALKING POINTS
Ricochet takes a leg
Ricochet would kick off Dynamite with a hard-fought victory over Angelico. After the match he would get on the mic and berate the AEW Legends that he has victories over, but then he would set his sights on one Zach Gowen who was at ringside with his kids.
Ricochet would make fun of Gowen’s leg situation and would eventually push Gowen which brought security in to put some distance between the two. This wouldn’t bode well for the security though as Ricochet would hit them all over the head with the microphone, he would throw one into a guard rail, another into the steel steps, and the last one he would roll into the ring and bring out the golden scissors and cut his hair.
This led to Gowen having enough of Ricochet and jumping the barrier and getting in the ring. He would take the scissors from Ricochet, but ultimately Ricochet would cheap shoot Gowen and take him down. Ricochet would then proceed to steal the prosthetic leg of Gowen and leave the ringside area.
Death Riders cost Willow
Willow and Statlander were looking to settle their differences in the ring, and all seemed to be going smoothly. That was until the Death Riders decided to make their presence felt. Yuta would distract the ref on the outside while Shafir would take care of business inside the ring, choking Willow with the chain and costing her the win.
Are we possibly going to see our first ever mixed gender Anarchy in the Arena or Blood & Guts?
Garcia gets the UK backing
FTR have been a pain in the backside of Daniel Garcia and Tony Schiavone lately, and this week was no exception. Although this week, Nigel McGuiness would step up and join forces with Daddy Magic and Garcia to put an end to the shenanigans of FTR.
