TALKING POINTS

First things first, it was definitely strange that we only got 4 matches on Dynamite this week. However, there was definitely a lot of build towards the upcoming Double or Nothing PPV.

In saying that, the quality of the matches that we got were great. It was great to see The Young Bucks back in an AEW, and no matter your opinion of them, they always put on quality matches in the ring.

I believe we are definitely heading to a possible Anarchy in the Arena with a new version of Team AEW vs Death Riders and The Young Bucks. Either way it is going to be an interesting few weeks ahead.

TALKING POINTS

We got an appearance from Kenny, Swerve and The Young Bucks on Collision this week. Clearly, we are trying to step things up a notch as we keep moving forward.

Unfortunately, I felt this episode was a bit confused in sections. Especially towards the middle of the show. It felt like it lost direction and some matches were only there to fill up the obligated TV time.

We ended the show with a strong main event between FTR and Paragon. It has to be noted that Paragon using Killswitch Engage’s End of Heartache is an absolute masterstroke rather than using the generic Undisputed Kingdom theme or even Adam Cole’s theme.
